Returns Eligibility

• Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.

  Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

  • Items requested for exchange must meet the same conditions as returns (unused and uninstalled).

  • If the exchanged item has a price difference, customers will be required to pay or will be refunded the difference accordingly.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

• Any defective, damaged, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Proof of the issue (photos or videos) may be required for verification.

Refund Process

• Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

• Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
